Happy 'Serving Size' Saturday🌞🌻

YES! The weekend is finally here! We've got sunshine here (after the morning fog burned off) and I'm looking forward to being able to work out in the yard again today.🌱🌿🌼 (a real calorie burner, for sure!) It's so good to get outdoors, hear the birds, smell the soil, and feel the sunshine🌞 The cows watch me with curiosity (through the wire fence) as I get my steps in going back & forth with the wagon.🐮

I'm sharing some graphics about serving sizes today. Portion control is a HUGE key to success for our weight loss. Many of us are very familiar with these tips, but I thought it might be helpful for the newbies & just a reminder for all. It's these LITTLE habits we work to form that will really DELIVER RESULTS!
