I did something today I know was not right. I went to a local Dairy Queen type of establishment and ordered a vinilla custard in a sugar cone. I know it was wrong but it was so good going into my stomach, lol. Now I'm going to have to pay for that with some extra gym time!

Try not to stigmatize food to the point of morality - it will only make you want it more. There are definitely foods that support goals, and definitely foods that impede goals - but if it’s a once-in-a-while treat that you can have sanely and rationally (meaning it’s not a binge trigger), then you’re gonna be okay.

Like the attitude. By being responsible for your action, makes you feel better. Maybe reverse diet is also good for your weight loss.

@Tim Vail - I've never been to the Myrtle Beach Bike week but have been invited by some friends that live in the area. I love the area in the off season.

@Diablo - we call soft service ice creamed custard here. I know in different parts of the country they call it by different names
