I weigh myself every morning although they say not to do that.. but I disagree! (When it comes to myself) Keeping your goal on your mind and understanding your body needs to stabilize are key factors to keeping my encouragement.

i prefer to weigh myself 3x a week. its all subjective to the person, but i feel like weight easily fluctuates so doing it every day could be discouraging for some

I weight myself everyday. To me it encourages me as well.

I agree with everyone who weighs daily. If I'm gaining weight, I'd rather know sooner than a week later when the damage is done. the morning weigh in keeps me focused on my goal from the start of the day 💪

I weigh in often. I get really off track if I don't. stepping on that scale in the morning usually means I make much better choices the day before.

I weigh every day. It’s encouraging when I lose; frustrating when I gain and can’t figure out why. So I take a break sometimes and just refocus on exercise and healthy food. I find less stress goes with losing for me…and sometimes that’s just how I’m viewing life.

every day, It gives me better data points to see the trend, even though it variates throughout the week.

I generally weigh myself once per week on Saturday or Sunday a.m., after a workout and before breakfast, always in my birthday suit lol.

I do the same and it keeps me on track and I get to understand my body more

I also weigh myself everyday. Because yesterday's meals and activities are still fresh in my mind I get instant feedback as to what food and which activities produced good or bad results. If the scale shows that my weight is trending up I know immediately that I have to make adjustments. Over time, this daily weigh-in has taught me what to avoid and what to embrace if I want to be successful at losing weight.

Daily for me as well. I just have to not freak out if I’ve gained some water weight because I’ve learned it drops off again in a day or 2. The main thing is just keep trying

I have congestive heart failure so I weigh everyday but I only record my weight once a week.
