Has not been a good start this week, but I do have a plan together of what I need to do. Will try my best to hit my goals today. I have noticed I have been having a bad habit of eating at night and in the middle of the night. That I need to be more aware of. These are the goals I am striving to work towards each day. I did have to tweak the steps down a little and will work on improving them again since I use to walk 10,000 a day. I get tired easier, which sucks, but when I start dropping the weight, my energy should improve. For today I want to work on these goals.
1. Stay in a Keto Diet
2. Keep calories under 1500
3. Drink 1 gallon of water
4. Walk for 30 minutes
5. Not eat after 4 pm.
