@Oats_the_whey...yup, kinda hard to believe they all weigh the same from this photo. But I see the point, that we all 'carry' the weight differently. I've heard there are more accurate measurements being used now by some physicians.

Some people can carry a lot of weight and look fantastic (not me.) I'm 5'3 and tend to carry weight in my lower body.

They look pretty much as I'd expect them to for their BMI (weight to height ratio) except one or two who look heavier.

i told my doctor when we discussed BMI its not about what i eat its that i have a height deficiency! He wasnt amused

Lol there is no way to judge what is too heavy or not without knowing someone's height at the very least. That's the purpose of BMI. It gives you an idea of what you should weigh for your height, assuming you don't have a lot more or less muscle than average. Anything over 140 is heavy for someone under 5'4".
