Back to tracking. I need to meet my goal for better health. One big change I am making for the next school year is that I am going to share a contract. I will work Monday, Tuesday, and alternate Fridays. This will give me more time to attend to my physical and mental well being. The past year with my dad’s cancer battle and recent passing took so much out of me. It was so hard to focus on my eating and exercise plan. I am doing better now and plan to resume losing. Fortunately my weight stabilized and I am not looking at having to lose even more weight than before. I managed to keep the gain to just a few pounds. Thanks to everyone who supports me. I appreciate you.
