I did follow it 100% until yesterday, when I turned a saved 1000 calorie credit into a 900 calorie deficit (drunken afternoon with a friend, followed by a takeaway curry... come to think of it, it could've been a whole lot worse... lol) and a 'saintly day' today is sorting out that deficit, so I look forward to being able to record '100% followed' next Monday.

I notice my friend is leading me astray quite a bit recently (my arm doesn't need much twisting to partake in the odd bottle of bubbly) and I think it's because they secretly don't want me to successfully lose weight. Many, many incidences of friendly sabotage over the course of abt 40 years in the slimming game, of course, which has taught me that when my mindset is right, there is absolutely nothing which can deter me and right now my mindset IS absolutely right.

Therefore, positivity abounds this week. I wish you much luck. I don't think I need it... :) xx
