Dear Fatsecret buddies,
Yes, I am back to Fatsecret with 4 extra kilos.
I have lost control over eating, I have lost my healthy/good eating habits.
This is all connected with bad emotions coming back from my past. I have to deal with some events from the past, relateted to my family and it's so hard.
I am using food as a way to sooth my emotional pain. I know it's not the right way, but that's how it is right now for me.

It is very frustrating having to buy new clothes. I have never been this heavy in my life, never reached 71kg before.
Last time I have reached 67kg was after my mom died. And at some point I started feeling a bit better and started working out again.
Now I have pain in my ankle, and from January to August I ahve had pain in my back.
Sport has always helped me to deal with negative emotions. When sport is not an option, due to injuries, food becomes the way. And this is not the right way, because I am damaging my health by being overweight.
