I am feeling really discouraged today. I just am feeling like this is going to be impossible and I will never reach my goal. I am worried I will allow myself to give up.

I'm feeling you, I was thinking that before, I couldn't even complete a 10-minute cardio workout, but I'm going to keep on trying, and you do the same, we're all going to have our good days and a bad days, you got this!!🥰

I understand completely! This week has been a trying one for me. But, I’m doing my best to take one day at a time counting my carbs and calories. We need to stay strong and look forward, one step at a time. STRENGTH ❤️

Don't give up!!! If hunger is a problem boost your protein intake a bit. It keeps your blood sugar more stable and helps prevent hunger. Set realistic goals. Nothing happens overnight. Your weight will fluctuate. Just keep at it and you'll get there!

Just win one day at a time, nothing more required. That may be a work out, calorie deficit and eventually both, you can do this💪🏾🥗

You can't Fail unless you Stop Trying! I have been having a tough time for a while now. I have Not stopped logging every thing that goes into my mouth. Some days are better than others but logging is part of my meal. If you are just forgetting steps along your journey, set reminders on your phone or watch. If you take small steps that you will make a permanent part of your life you will succeed.

I agree - small steps. Make new habits that make a positive difference. You don't need to lose a lot of weight all at once. What you need is to learn how to live in the world. Learn to live healthy, joyfully and keep it up.
