My recovery from my surgery has been a bit rocky. Had some stress eating going on and couldn't exercise how I wanted. I'm kind of surprised I didn't gain weight. But it's getting better. I got a decent night's sleep, a good workout in this morning and I'm tracking meals again today. It's no wonder I've been a little stressed. My pathology results came back and, although I do NOT currently have cancer, (YAY!) they did find that I have a rare condition that increases my risk of breast cancer. I have to go see an oncologist so that we can discuss my best options of decreasing my risk as much as possible. I already know that the absolute number one thing I can do is exercise and get to a healthier weight. So it is more important than ever that I keep at this.
