The other day I was at a healthy website, reading an old article from 15 months ago, an interview of a man who lost so much weight and he mentioned tracking his calories at another website. Other people commented and some asked questions and nobody replied. I decided to make a comment, telling people to come to fatsecret dot com. I said you can read tips from other people who are losing weight and you can ask questions and people will support you and reply to you. I LOVE FatSecret!

Nice drop! I wouldn't have lost this much weight without the motivation, inspiration and input of others while going through their journeys. Fatsecret's tools such as past history, graphs, and calendars are awesome. I could track on other sites but just tracking doesn't inspire me.

When I weighed in today, FatSecret said I could get to my goal weight in 3 weeks. I was pretty surprised by that. Recently I was thinking that I hope I reach my goal weight by Thanksgiving, and then be extra careful not to celebrate with food. :)

I love fatsecret, the food calculator is such a helpful tool alone!!!!-it's great for busy office people like me, it's Free!!!!- you get a wealth of information from multiple people - I agree Deb - this website is one of the best in health related to come put in years!!!!!

the name I call theat indicator of how much time it's going to take to reach your goal. LOL

When you weigh in at FatSecret it tells you when you might reach your goal weight. If you weigh the same as your last weigh in, it just says you weigh the same. I'm not sure what it says if you gain weight. I have had days where I gained weight, but I didn't pay attention to what it said. I was usually rushing off to go read somebody's journal or check my private messages. :)
