This morning went very well. My warmup walk was nice since the weather took a turn and warmed up. I'll take walking in 40° weather vs 10° any day. The workout felt good, but I wish that I'd started a tad earlier.

awesome man. researched your snatch grip from the other day. went wider yesterday with my rack pulls. lost 90# in my heavy set. back is on fire today. thanks for posting i learn a lot.

Thank you Mermee and Brewz! That snatch grip will "snatch" you up! 🤣. It's been working my back pretty good. I notice it in my quads a little more since I have to start in a lower position in order to reach the bar.
