Everybody still happy???

you earn your body! It is true, if you work hard at the points you can improve on, things will change. Everybody keep asking me how much i lost, and i keep telling them 30 kilo. But it is not fair to judge me solely on the weight. If you could see my body, it has changed so much... I can perform so many things i never thought possible a year ago.
I was standing next to a friend of mine who was proudly telling me she also lost 30 kilo, and she looked good, but she did not look like me!

My goal is to keep working on all these nice muscles i have and maybe lose another 8 kilo of fat, but i swear there is not much fat for me to lose!

You earn your body! Work hard, never give up!

Good to hear from you! I'm working hard over here, too! I've been at the weight I am at now before...but not as tone OR as STRONG! as I am now. Way more pleased with my strength gains that I am my weight loss.

Thanks Maud! It really is a great feeling to see the positive changes with my body… Trying not to linger too long as I pass the mirror LOL. You're fantastic, sister. Glad to see another motivating post from you :)

I think we all fall into that trap of judging our own looks. We see more flaws than the person on the outside. Love yourself and enhance on what you can. You are heading in the right direction.
