Good Morning, my FS friends! Frosty is making a mindful veggie choice...!!

Just for fun ~ what's your favorite way to serve carrots? One of my faves is carrot raisin salad 😋

favorite is carrot souffle (light version). most often is out of the bag.

Lol at the Frosty cartoon - Cool - Carrots served with dill - my favourite - found a great dill flavouring in a tube in the market vegetable department - only 5 calories per tsp - parboiled carrots used in salads sounds like good idea - easier to digest.

Carrot cake!🤣🤣🤣 I like them best when they've been cooked with a pot roast (I'm a fool for roast dinners) & potatoes...but added later so they're no mushy.

Carrot "noodles" with a spicy Thai-like peanut sauce. It is good hot or cold.

LMAO....cute!!! Oh, man!!! I'd have to tell you how I DON'T like my carrots. LOL I luv them raw, mostly, w/Light/Fat-Free Ranch Dip or w/Bleu-Cheese dip, but then I have to have celery-sticks, grape-tomatoes, broccoli-florets, and cauliflowerettes too. Carrot-cake, in a Spanish-Caldo(soup)=Cocido, in my chicken and rice/barley/stars/alphabet soup w/celery too. Yummy. I"ve been wanting a grande bowl of Cocido. It's Tamale season though. Gotta make those tamales:Pork, Beef, Chicken, Strawberry. :-P

I like carrots best when oven roasted with a smidge of olive oil and some garlic powder on them.
