Starting a tad late (42 lbs late, to be exact). But I signed up for Healthy Wage last night. I bet them $300 that I could lose 50 lbs in 6 months. If successful, I get paid $818.36. I planned on losing at least that much, anyway. So, I might get some extra cash for new clothes, if I make it.

I've been following you for about 10 years. Nice to see you back. How are you feeling eating so few calories? How's your hunger? I'm at 20 lbs away from my goal weight after being up in March 2021 and I'm slowly working my way back down. I've been having problems with cravings and hunger but I'm super motivated to lose the final 20. I read your food log.

Hi Michelle. Surprisingly, I haven't had any hunger issues at all. I'm eating lower carb, higher protein & fat, but not quite Keto. Eating smaller meals, more times per day and not eating too early or too late in the day. Good luck as you go for that last 20 lb.
