Hi gerdik! I notice you eat pretty healthy. How did you learn about all those clean food? Don't worry about weight fluctuations. Your food & exercise look excellent. Happy evening buddy:) 

Hey Happy! It's been a long and bumpy road, but I pick things up here and there through reading! The Abs Diet book has a lot of great information that I first started out with then through muscle and fitness magazines and any online reading I could find. Eventually I started to ween myself off of unhealthy options as best I could then substituted something healthier. But it took me a few years to maintain the better habits today! I still cheat here and there though! You'll see it in my diet calenders, haha! ;) 

Really! You eat pretty smart! Not many guys do that. One thing I never would have though.. it's skim milk.. it's processed food with chemicals. Why don't you try other milk options? I like soy milk, almond milk, whole grains milk, hazelnut milk myself. I like sheep milk too but not easy to find. It's pretty impressive how disciplined you are with food as well as exercise. And your body shows! Happy evening:)  

it's funny you mentioned skim milk! I found a farm 4 miles from my work so the skim milk you see is actually made fresh from the farm! No hormones or chemicals. They cannot officially call it organic because they do have to spray for flies but that's it. It's actually really fresh tasting milk to be honest with ya! Have a good evening Happy! 

oh, didn't know! That's good. Nice to have such a farm near you! I buy non-homogenized organic whole milk for my family. But I don't encourage them to have milk everyday. Only when they want for hot chocolate once in awhile. Thanks for letting me know:) 

Hmmm as for me skim milk tastes like white water! LOL I prefer 2%. I wish there was a farm here LOL Maybe I'll get a cow as a pet? Need to check w my landlord LOL
