I am back. I just didn't feel like coming here for a while. Amryk, thank u for being there, noticing my journals. I looked at what you eat and hopefully it is inspiring me to get back on track. You have caught up with me and probably have surpassed me by now. I weigh 158 right now, but I have weighed that for a long time now. It is time to move on! I have faith in myself. I can do this, if you can do this. I looked at your before and after photos and you look fantastic! I love your consistency! You are an inspiration! I just bought some Nutella for the first time. It is too good, but ok in moderation. luv, mary
