I did some more reading and I can't decide if I'm on a generic LCHF Keto diet or Atkins. From what I can tell they appear to be very similar with the Atkins diet being more structured around which foods to eat.
Whichever diet it is it has been effective for me. I'm still tracking on losing about 10 lbs/month and am not really hungry. Still need to fight the emotional eating but I have been fairly successful at that eating only foods that fit in the plan.

This is what Atkins sent me when they asked me how much I knew about Atkins, and I told them it is not so much a weight loss diet, but a fat loss diet. So yes, LCHF and Atkins (has been revised since his death, as to lower the protein and up the fats) is similar for sure. I find that since upping my fats, I can go the majority of the day without a hunger urges.
