Looking back on what I ate yesterday - yeesh!
I am resolved not to eat at Subway anymore...too much junk! The options always seem healthy, but when you add cheese (which I LOVE!) and bread and meat and veggies and dressing, your "healthy" options don't really make the cut. Plus, I only get a 20 minute lunch break on Sunday and I tend to eat too quickly. Those two things combine for disaster!
Solution - bring a salad that I make myself from home.
And even better, only three more of these stupid ten hour Sundays! And then this is a total non-issue!
