I had my weigh in yesterday. I am down another 2.8 lbs. This makes my total 14.4. I am a little worried with Spring Break this week. I hope I am able to lose at least 2 pounds. It will put me under 150. I am noticing my loss with my clothes.

I am noticing that I am feeling good about my health and know that watching what I eat has really helped me out. My husband was not liking the fact that I was losing weight. He likes me pudgy, but I don't. I feel unhealthy and it is kind of depressing to look at yourself in pictures if you feel this way.

I am going to the beach tomorrow with a friend. I hope I can stay away from junk food. We are bringing our snacks. We are packing fruit, and snacks for the kids. We are going to go out for dinner and I hope it is cheap and well worth it. I am becoming worried about the trip, but I know if I really want it I will find a way to stick to my points in WW. Wish me luck.
