I had a stellar eating day yesterday! This stomach area and fat is very stubborn! I am eating very well, and I am exercising . .. I find the cardio gets boring after 15 minutes . .. I am doing strength training . . .. when will the tummy flatten out? I know it's a lot smaller, but it's a huge bulge, and compared to the rest of me, well it's disproportional......

My husband once said, "You have lost weight in your face." I had to laugh because I knew he was RIGHT. The place we need to lose weight the MOST is the place it SEEMS to come off LAST. Keep working, Baby Doll. We will get there. Great job with your good eating!

My friend is a fitness buff and she wears a waist slimming belt. The belt encourages your belly and waist to sweat more during workouts. It has the added benefits of compression apparel and a little back support. I bought one last week and wear it when I bike (because biking doesn't work my core).
