This morning I did my measurements, and I have to say I lost an inch in everything but my waist. That stayed the same, so I am not complaining a bit. I may not have gone to the gym yesterday, but I did workout with my nephew, and we both did pretty good. I know I did squats yesterday because I can really feel it this morning. Time to get moving and do some more stuff. I hope you all have a wonderful, and blessed day !!!!! Keep up the amazing work you are doing on your journey. :)

Don't worry about where it comes off the middle can be the hardest place to lose from, it is for me. 3 kids and the last 2 where 10lbs a piece I can't say I'll ever get rid of my middle! But you are doing a great job just getting out there and doing something good for yourself! Squats aren't my favorite so keep it up your doing great too!

Don't worry about gym. ... Any workout is a good workout. Don't get trapped into thinking that only things in the gym work.

thoae squats make you feel it in your legs, butt and your back but I feel like I can walk a marathon after my workout.
