Yesterday, thanks to my 16 year-old son, I added more weight training to my routine. After the elevated cardio which was at about 6 mets for an hour, I rowed for seven minutes and added a number of weights to my routine for 20-30 minutes more. It is good to feel power come back into. my body while age tries to steal it. Without bitterness, I do what is within my control to be the fullest version of myself.
