Well, I have done it. I have slowly fallen backwards into my old eating habits. I don't want this to sound like an excuse, but once I get all of this ice cream out of the house I will be ok. Please before you say it, I could just throw it out, but my hoarding tendency's tell my mind that you can't waist it. Okay, yes it is an excuse.

Yesterday it finally rained, I am so happy that the garden might actually grow now.Today is going to be a good day, it is my dads birthday, and I am looking forward to visiting him. I see my doctor tomorrow and find out what my test results are, hopefully I will be able to set up my Neurology appointment as well. Gotta run, I need to read everyone's journal before I go so that I can get my morning going. I hope you all have a fantastic day !!!!!

you say you can't waste food... so you feel a need to pass it through your body first even if it kills ye... way to go to your mom for raising you :( ps: i know the feeling, and i surpassed my upbringing!

I have been there birthdays and xmas are bad for me and they are all in the winter around here. Its and excuse yes and no you can get back on the wagon. I grew up in a house of no waste too and I really have a hard time getting rid of things to and so sharing with everyone is the best I can do. I'll even take left over goodies into the office so I don't have to worry and it's not anyone will complain! Good luck you can do it!
