I am so freaking busy at work right now.....killing me !!!! This was my weigh in for last Friday at WW, up another half pound. Not stressing over the gain as I am fully aware my work situation and being glued to this desk is part of the problem. Im down from that weight at this point but will not record today's weight as it is not official in my mind ;) Whatever it is on Friday will be my new weight in continuing with using that WW weigh-in. There will be some breathing room at the end of the month in regards to work, and July is usually not as stressful as May and June have been. Feeling good and clothes still fit nicely....going to eventually shop for my first swimsuit in 15 years...... ;) keep it rocking everyone !!!!! This too shall pass !!!!

I know not tracking calories on here has hurt, so i'll be thankful when I can spare the time to get back on track. Hoping for a small loss tomorrow but would be satisfied with no change either !! LOL

Stress is horrible. A couple of days ago, I wrote the words "This too shall pass" on a Post-It note and stuck it on my desk. It is surprising how just looking at those words several times a day has had a calming effect on me.

Hang in there, you will make it through. Our busy time is Dec -April, it is like major relief when it's over!! Then it's time to take a breath, catch up, get some sleep, and enjoy life again...
