I've had another week of staying within my calorie goals and hitting the gym pretty consistently. Unexpectedly, a coworker asked me today if I had lost some weight. It has only been a tiny bit lately, but re-composition must be a little bit noticeable. Or... I am not wearing bulky sweaters to keep warm! :)

My hydrangeas are almost at their peak. Some burned off in the heat. Of course, I am not showing you those! I absolutely love daisies, so I am happy they bloom nicely together!

The flowers are beautiful! Must have felt pretty good for someone to unexpectedly notice your weight loss. Congratulations! BTW how do you post pictures in your journal? Do you have to purchase Premium FS to have that option?

love your daisies and hydrangeas too! yall are super dry and hot in the NW, and we are swampy and wet in cincy. hope you catch a break soon. keep the flowers hydrated. it's nice your coworker noticed the work you've been putting in.

Hydrangeas are my absolute favorite flower! My grandma used to have them in her yard and she would take me out to help her tend to them when I would visit. She had a really soft voice and she would tell me all about her childhood and stories about coming across America in the 1930s. ( they moved from Iowa to Calif) Thank u for the memories!! Glad you are back to gym and staying on track!

Your garden is beautiful ! Hydrangeas are my favorite also. They cannot be grown where i live; however, back home they grew beautifully !
