great kitty pic and caption to boot, melissa, funny. hope the heat wave in the NW has cooled off a bit. i've been to seattle a bunch and know walking around downtown is good exercise, which it sounds like you enjoyed.

You said you think of me when you lift- I have been trying to get in some long walks and I think of you when walking and think- shit- 1.5 hours and5.5 miles- Melissa would have done 8-9 by now. Always amazed. ;) I bet the views are spectacular. Not a lot of hills by us- which I am thankful for sometimes. ha.

Thanks so much guys!! ❤️ Mermee, my knee has been bugging me, but as long as it doesn't get worse and eases at night, I am not letting it slow me down. 😁 I gave it months to get its act together and not much changed.

Yes, br_e_co, it is feeling downright cold here! Princess, I think you are doing so great with your walking! How I wish I could walk with you! Oh, and the cats are both pretty sizable lads. The picture is a bit deceptive. The fellow on top is bigger at close to 14 pounds, but the "little" one is almost 13 pounds. 😁
