Been sick in the bed since Sunday. Saw the doctor yesterday and I have strep throat. Feel miserable and only able to tolerate soft foods like ice cream and noodles. Not good for the diet. Started on antibiotics last night, so should be feeling bettet soon. Also I start a new job July 1st. I am both excited and nervous. It will be a work from home sales position. I will need to focus on mindful eating so I don't gain weight with being sick and starting a new job...stress eating. I need to get my motivation back so I can lose this last 50 pounds. Strep is no joke. Feel better soon & take all your meds so you don't relapse. Our family & doctor advise would be to gargle with warm salt water. That's if you can. I know it's pretty painful to even swallow anything. Positive thoughts of restoration & healing sent your way :)

Aaaaaw, feel better! I’m glad about the new job, but being sick is no fun! I hope you’re taking care of yourself and resting so you can get better soon!
