Wow almost a month since my last journal... and it has not been a good month. Actually to scared to get on the scale. The problem is carbs, just eating to much of them, i feel bloated all the time and have picked up alot of weight. Need to get back into my low carb approach. Stress is a terrible thing, and it is just not ending in my life at the moment. Change at work, stress at home (starting a small business). I find my solace in food, normally carbs and processsed junk. I know how to get back on track... just need to get my head right.

i know that feeling all too well, been having a terrible month as well, i guess we both have some catching up to do and im pretty sure that we'll face it head on and by the end of this horrible month manage to be back on track and back in control :) goodluck buddy not that you need it :) :P

Slacker36 - Congrats on your major weight loss! Hope you stress eases soon and that you find yourself back to that balanced, centered and warm space that reducing carb levels bring us. Just set a date and DO IT :)

Hi Slacker, you did very well and you are my inspiration. Stress is a nightmare and food is comforting I agree, but gaining the weight you have worked so hard to loose is not worth it. Good luck with getting back on track, you did it before and you'll do it again! I have faith in you :-)
