As expected my weight is up after my week away. Didn't go OTT but definitely not South Beach! Had a super time and really enjoyed it. Had my very first caramel macchiata and loved it. Its a good job I can't get it at home or I'd be having it every day. Not everything went well as I filled my car with petrol instead of diesel and had to have it drained and flushed out. Don't know how I managed that but it was painful and expensive! Bought my outfit for the wedding and I'm very pleased with it, epecially as it was helf price in the sale. Its black and oyster. Just got to get a hat now. Had a lovely thank you card and message from G daughter Lucy waiting for me when I got back home. I took her to a huge shopping mall and hired her a shopmobility motorised scooter. She was able to nip all over the place, in an out of shops and up and down in the lifts to all the floors. Its the first time in almost 2 years since she has been able to go off and do her own thing. Ate out all day -pizza for lunch, carrot cake n coffee and afternoon tea. She absolutely loved it. My poor feet! but at least it was good exercise. Stayed over an extra day to see GD Emily as she came home from Uni for the weekend and mothers day. Spent a fortune but all in all a good trip. Now its back to the grindstone....
