Yeah, so last night getting ready for bed, I'm putting on jammies and BAM!
Hubby: What was that?
Me: umm, me... falling
Hubby: HOW?
Me: putting on my pj bottoms
Hubby: 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
Me: Laugh it up fuzzball. Give me a fricken hand, I think I've put my back out!
Yeah. My butt feels like it's bruised. My tailbone is KILLING ME. And my sciatica is flared up. FUN! 🙄
Now the 🤬[censored]🤬, is making fun of me "Help, I've fallen and I can't get up". Ha ha!
Karma's a beach... while I'm grabbing my shower, he's making the bed. I hear...
Hubby: You've got to be kidding me!
Me: What?
Hubby: I've lost my phone.
Me: You just had it a minute ago.
Hubby: I know.
I get out of the shower, dry off and dial his cell from mine.
My turn to laugh.
He put it on the mattress, then made the bed. 🤣😂🤣😂🤣
Me: So I'm old and clumsy, you're old and forgetful. Oooh retirement is gonna be SO much fun, lol.

My butt is still so sore I can't do my biking. 😲 Good news though, my sciatica has settled. Who knew putting on pjs could be so dangerous, lol

My worst bout of sciatica was caused by ice fishing. At the age of 21. 😳 Just sitting on the ice for a couple of hours left me crippled for 2 weeks. I had to drive with my left foot! 🤫

YIKES! I've had a few falls on my behind, including down a flight of stairs while vacuuming. That left me with compression damage to a few discs. But my daughter decided my sciatic nerve was fun to sit on for the entire ninth month. Now I get the occasional flare up (usually every other month) that lasts for a week or two.

Aside from saying keto on the package...lol they were low in Carbo hydrates... only 70 calories each. It said it was a blend of whole wheat and lupin flour instead of corn tortillas. they also have 5g of protein each, not bad!!

Oh Ichfjo, your lousy balance made my day! It is a scene right out of my own house although my husband is rarely the bed maker!😁 Sorry about your sciatic nerve, I once thought I had cancer of the spine. The pain was so bad and for so long, no - just the sciatic nerve, thank you Father!🌸

Hubby rarely is our bed maker either, he was being sweet after my butt-drop the night before. My aunt had to have disc repair, so I'm very paranoid every time my back goes out. He's still laughing about the "fallen and I can't get up", to which I respond, "do you know where your phone is?" lol
