Had two really rough and frustrating days at work. Ate more rotisserie chicken than I should have but at least didn't make a worse choice. Ate rather strangely for dinner but it would have been too late to eat by the time I got home. My body is telling me to take a break so no going to the gym tonight. I may regret it but have no time at home tonight at all if I go. Not fair to the dogs. I was extremely active at work and moved a bunch of stuff around so that should have helped. Beautiful outside so did spend a little time out with the dogs.
