few drinks feel bad but I know I've come this far and wine was the issue so 1 night I'm having off back straight on it tomorrow just hate being a fussy eater and seing nice food on here I know I won't eat just sucks when I've only myself supporting me at home 😔

Missleanne1 I hope you come back to it very strong. I am the only one at home going through this journey and I cook separately for my partner and son, no problem whatsoever. You can have whatever you fancy for you because it is only for one person,, so much cheaper. I have been eating so many nice things. My partner sometimes asks if I made for him the same as well 😊🤣🤣

I was at slimming world a few years ago I lost 4st I ate a lot of chicken fillets and veg but don't think I can compare both apps lol I will be straight back on it tomorrow I never go over my calories and so I see it drinks tonight and new day tomorrow fresh start

Don’t get me wrong I do love chicke but There is no need to go boring with your food to lose weight.Have your drinks and tomorrow is another day 🙃 Good luck stay positive 👍

the pinch of nom website has lots of recipes, I'm sure you could find a few you would like. you can always adjust the ingredients to suit yourself. I always leave out the mushrooms and all other veg I don't like (which happens to be most) 😁. slimming eats website is also good.

Totally agree with you - I give myself an "escape clause" - 00.30-02.30h - I can drink my "double Whiskeys" without penalty - provided that during the normal day I keep my kcal below my target!.... for the moment "beer" is a "no-no" 😂

I signed up to Gousto a few months back and it changed everything. I’m not a cook and have never particularly liked it so not having to think too much about what to cook has been such a life saver for me. They have calorie controlled sections and healthy sections too so it makes the choice so much easier. I also do a lot of bbc good food receipts as they are fast easy and super yummy. Hope this helps.

Don’t worry about a night off, take care of you 💆‍♀️ & start fresh tomorrow 💪 if it helps, focus on rewards and not punishments 🛍💕

Hey! Wine is my big issue. I eat really well but alcohol is empty calories-but it’s kind of my treat for doing well and yet I wouldn’t touch chocolate with fewer calories 🥴 Tomorrow is another day 💕💕
