Tonight I treated myself. Friends of ours came over for dinner. They are about to move. Her husband has been living in Corpus for the past 6 weeks for his job while she's here getting their house ready to sell. Their company is moving them to Dallas. Her husband had been eating out everynight so we decided rather than go to a restuarant, we'd cook. I made hamburgers, nothing fancy. They were sooooo good. I hadn't had a burger since the first of January. I even fudged and enjoyed some cheetos. While I went into my activity points quite a bit tonight, it was worth it. My Monday WW weigh in I may even gain, but that's ok. I will make that up. My body needed a kick, kind of plateud lately. Maybe this was the jolt to my system. Tomorrow, back to healthier foods and sticky to my 24 allowed daily points. I also broke my consistancy and did not workout today. I did a lot of work and walking outside today, but no official workout. That too will begin again tomorrow. Today I gave my body a well deserved BREAK!!!
