I am so glad I have good friends!
Yesterday, I went to see a good friend and former colleague, Christian, to play some guitar with him. We have been wanting to do this for ages, and we just never got around to it. But yesterday was the day it finally happened. He plays great guitar, his own style (which is a good thing) and is really rocking... we even talked about recording some of his stuff with me as the bass player and finding a singer for the project. This would be fun! I think it is something that could become good music very easily.
When I went there, we of course ran into the usual dinner problem. What would I eat? Thankfully, his wife had it all planned, so dinner was whole wheat tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, chilis, cauliflower and so many other goodies too many to mention.
I came out of the having spent 1800 cals, really well done.

Today is a trip to Copenhagen due. This means TONS of walking. Can't wait. Hoping to bring home a vocals effects pedal for my little home studio.
