Well I took off 5 lbs since I started FS on Monday, I think some of this weight was due to constipation and water though. I have also been doing my food journal and exercising all week so that might of helped to. Either way it's a loss and I'm happy to see it.

Friday's are my date night with my husband, so I allow myself to have 60g of net carbs. I know it's going off the induction phase for the day, but it's just to hard to be good when you go out to a Chinese buffet everything looks so good. I also have two glasses of wine at home to relax and rent movies.

I guess that's all until next week.

Oh and just so you know give yourself a splurge day is actually recommended. So do feel bad about it You wouldn't want your body to think it's got to save anymore.

That IS a nice loss!! I didn't know 'cheat days' were 'allowed' but now that I've read it, I may consider that myself! :D I too love chinese buffets. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! ツ

cheat days aren't really aren't allowed but date night is the only time my husband and I can be alone for a few hours. My son lives with us and he is handicapped and has 24/7 nurses and aides so their always around us. Once summer comes we'll be going camping every other weekend which will be great.
