Checking in on my habit forming challenges: #1) Been consistent on daily exercise plan. Finished the 20 day Starter Plan, and I'm a day away from finishing my first round of Level 1! If nothing else, this is teaching me consistency. Also, taking 1 to 1 1/2 hours of belly dance every Thursday. #2) Most days drinking a minimum of 6 glasses of water a day (usually 7 or 8 cups). I no longer desire any soda or bottled/jugged tea. Water, coffee, and occasional beer/wine. #3) Joined a challenge here to eat a salad a day about a week and a half ago. So far so good. Today I decided to step it up and start doing Green Smoothies every day! Today I mixed up some spinach, banana, cucumber, cranberries, and coconut milk. It gave me tremendous energy!
