I weigh once a week. I feel too much pressure when I weigh daily. I also like to see bigger drops. .2 is disappointing.

I like to weigh each day to see the incremental ups and downs. I don’t focus on the number from the day before as much as the week before.

Not sure why I do daily. At one point I also felt like I focused too much on the day to day. But now I just look back at the week. In general I just try to stick to plan and not worry about the day to day. Kind of like investing in a 401k or something. 😉😊

Only weigh daily if your ready for the ups and downs. Weekly will be more steady and telling.

So the program I’m in I must have a daily number. It can be frustrating at times. My coach says to look at it like data and not get hung up on the ups and downs. As long as the trend is going the right way. She always compares my Monday weigh ins. Which if I stopped daily I think checking same day each week would be a good idea. Now I’m used to the daily weigh in. Have to take that number on Saturday or Sunday morning from my night of fun.

I've been all over the place with myself. If I weigh daily the fluctuations used to make me crazy and my mood would fluctuate with it. If I weigh weekly or monthly what if it just happens to be on an "up" day? My solution was to start a chart and put it in my bathroom as visual reminder that its a process. I'll get below a milestone for a day and not see it again for a week or tw... My 2c. Go Brenda go!

I weigh daily; record weekly. BTW, a 0.2 drop daily is 1.4lbs in a week (recommended weight loss is 1-2lbs a week).

In my experience, I only lose weight if I log every day. I can't be trusted! 😄
