Happy New Year!

Ok, How many of us have gained over the last 2 weeks? I'm not seeing Onederland anymore... :( But I'll get back to it in a week or so. Back to work... Back to dressing business for work (had over 2 weeks of being allowed to wear jeans!) and back to serious diet. Atleast I hit the gym twice last week. Hadn't been in like 3 weeks. Over did it on some arm stuff and injured my weak arm. But it's getting better. Looking forward to recommitting to the diet and losing another size by spring. I think that's a reasonable expectation. Too bad about all these cool clothes I'm going to lose... hehehehehe....

I have no idea what I gained but I know I did.. and I know its all water because my skin is tight lol back to work tomorrow but back to normal today, we will get back down Barbie!

My weight went up and down so I don't know. At one point I was 200 - meaning I lost a lb, and today I'm 202.5 meaning I gained 1.5. I think this is within the normal weekly fluctuation though, so I'm thinking I probably maintained, which was actually my goal for the holidays. Now though, is Time. To. Make. It. Happen. Have a good week -- I want to be with you in Onederland next week.

I usually weigh in on Tuesday mornings.. so I'll assess my damage then, but I think I'm up about 4 lbs. And considering all the family visiting and the big meals and wine and such.... really not bad!Over all, I know I have maintained through the holidays and I really cant ask for much more than that! Now I am focusing on lowering my alcohol intake. Nothing since NYE... we'll see how the first day coming home from work is!
