Sunday best wishes. Much housework to do today and really trying to get my eating on schedule. I tend to eat breakfast as late as 2 then lunch is pushed up and dinner just before bed. I think that is part of my problem. Wishing all of my FS friends a good day with lots of good choices. stay safe and motivated

Ugh- I hear you on the cleaning. I just wiped all the baseboards upstairs and doors and every spindle on the stairs... took what seemed an eternity and was so dirty. I wonder if that's what housekeepers do- the little stuff no one has time for. (Or maybe everyone has time for it and we just live like pigs in my house. hahaha)

I miss lunch to sometimes it might not be a good idea but I just skip and go on to dinner it just means more calories for dinner heyyyy lol and my mom cleaned hotel rooms when I was younger they are not required to clean base boards they just change bed sheets ,bedspreads, and pillow cases they change trash bags clean bathrooms tables they have a certain way to fold the tissue replace soap and whatever needs replacing or cleaning in a hotel room and its not a easy job they can have up to 20 rooms to clean in a day and even more if someone don't show up for their shift I use to go help her clean on the weekends and summer time when I had nothing else to do have a good sunday be blessed

Jenny- I cleaned a Super8 motel when I was 18 so I know what you mean! You never know what you are going to walk into with each room. I swear to this day I try to clean my mess as much as possible before we walk out of a hotel room. It stuck with me! LOL

I feel you and that's a good attitude to have makes you humble when you go through the samething that's the way I feel too more people should be that way

That is exactly what I do! Have breakfast near noon; throwing dinner too late. I am going to change that in the morning! Thanks!

I still push my main meal to around 2 pm or 3 pm. But, I've started having a few almonds for "breakfast". Dinner is later. Takes me a while to even want to think about food. I start with water snd move on to coffee. Not saying that's best, just me 😊 Each to his own.

I eat "Brunch" between 10:00 to 12:00 most mornings although I have coffee between 9 & 11. Lunch/ snack is usually 3:00 to 5:00, then dinner between 7:30 to 8:00. I usually have a sweet snack after dinner then don't eat again til the next day. It has not hurt my ability to lose weight & now maintain in the least. You still have a window that you're not eating.
