Well after the good weigh in on Saturday morning, the rest of the weekend was a bad one. The first time in a long time that I just didnt really care what went into my stomach :) All in good reason! My cousin got married on Saturday, and i was the MC, so liquid refreshment was needed to calm the nerves.

All in all i didnt go that far over my recommended RDI (which is probably a bit low anyway so actually I am not to concerned). Yesterday i was just craving KFC so ended up having some pops and hot wings.... bad mistake, i felt straight after that and it continued for most of the night. Don't think my body is used to junk food anymore.

Back on the straight and narrow today... aiming to be really good the next to weeks before my next weigh in.
