You're doing GREAT MJGH! Over 20lbs in less than a month! :D Nice work! How are you feeling? I loved doing Atkins... but, I know you're working an Atkins-hybrid.

I had absolutely no appetite when I started. My normal diet was 1 meal a day at a total of maybe 500 cals a day. SO I was having to force myself to eat when I starting this woe. Doing the fasting days during induction gave me a break from force feeding and feeling like I was engorging myself. Now I do full on Induction one day and eat the second day using the induction list but limit it to the 500 cals. It works for me. I don't feel like I am having to constantly force myself to eat and I am still losing. I do have more energy and my appetite has come back somewhat. I do feel so engorged on the UDs. But if you look at my record, my days cals are still pretty low compared to most. I monitor my fats, proteins and carbs. I used a ketosis calculator to get a basic example of what they needed to be to keep me in ketosis and that's what I try to stay at. So far I haven't come out of ketosis so I know I am burning fat.
