Not as familiar as macarons or Crème brûlée here in US, this is one of popular classic French desserts. Baking this dessert is way easier than macarons, but it requires special (and pricey) equipments like copper molds, and beeswax. (I substituted them with cheaper options since I am not a professional baker.) If there’s French patisserie near you, I think it is worth trying & giving a bite. Lol
