Finish watching am news, then time for shower and then off to work and it is only 7:15 am!
Didn't have a very accomplished weekend workoutwise. I did create some recipes for turkey day in my cookbook, did alot of reading, the usual housecleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, cooking, paid bills.
Only working 4 days this week. Going to Women of Faith conference on Friday & Saturday, then off next week for Thanksgiving holiday. This month will be over before we know it and then on to X-mas!
Don't think I will make my goal to be at 240 by x-mas, but no worries I have nothing but time. Got too much going on to let the scale start freaking me out!

Wow you sound like a busy lady! I know the feeling. Been up since 5 and have accomplished lots since then. It feels great doesn't it? Enjoy your day!

You wore me out just reading your journal. Keep up the exercise that is great. Your right the holidays are rapidly approaching ready or not. So what if you don't reach your goal in your alloted time frame. As long as you reach it that is all that matters. Have a great week.

If that were me, by 8AM, I'd be due for a nap! Great job getting all those things done, though. I really like the attitude you have in those last few lines about the scale. I'll have to remember to come back and re-read that from time to time. Have a great day.
