For the next week or so I'll be getting my exercise in one of the most beautiful places in the incredibly beautiful state of Montana. This is Glacier Rim in the Flathead National Forest, which is just outside of Columbia Falls, Montana. I love this place and I've returned each year since I've been a fulltime RVer.

7) St. John's-wort (Hypericum perforatum) is a popular alternative medicine used to treat depression, anxiety and insomnia. It's also poisonous to livestock.

9) Bird's-foot-trefoil (Lotus corniculatus) can be used as a sedative to ease anxiety, insomnia and exhaustion.
10) Spreading dogbane (Apocynum androsaemifolium) is beautiful, but poisonous.
11) North Fork Road is the way to Glacier Rim. I also use this road as part of my walking path, because it's also the way to get from my campsite to the river.
