A NEW DAY!!!!...AND A NEW STARTING POINT IN THIS LONG JOURNEY!!!... day 521...GOOOOOOD FRIDAY MORNIN EVERYONE!!!!...well rejoined the gym last night..an felt so good after i did it..that i thought i better do my journal tonight, cause i plan on bein at the gym tomow morning ..which is today by now..by 5 am...do my hour at the gym an then if i still feel all perky il do my hour of walking in the morning an
another 30 or so after lunch...boy i feel like im on a new high...and here i was holding off from joining cause i wasnt sure i was ready to rejoin...an now i cant wait for morning to get here...guess its what i needed...and it will be a different workout for my body to...im really lookin forward to it...be less
grind on my knees and feet to by going to the gym...with the weather changin like it is...probly a good thing to have a back up plan...thursday it rained most the afternoon...so didnt get any exercise cept for runnin errands in the rain...did get 1100 steps, wednesday i had almost 3000...even though i didnt go walking that day either...i been hitting around 11000-12500 per day...hopin that will increase once again since i feel my motivation bck once again..i feel like a new motivated person once again with my mini goal in site now...its time to refocus an finally hit that mini goal i been lookin at for to
longgggg....hit it an move on ward an down ward from that point...im sure melody is about to catch me, and thats my fault for giving in to her...lol...no she deserves it for all the hard work shes been puttin into it...as you all do...i do think that after anyone has been on this journey, it does catch up with you
when you get to a point an the weight just isnt comin off as easy as it once did...but at the same time, we all have gained more muscle and so thers less fat to be workin off like ther was when we all first started...even though i still have flab around my tummy, ive been noticing that it feels like jello at times...its so soft...compared to how it was when i first started...yeap!!!..im
wound up and ready to rock this world with a great workout today....lol...well im done babblin...so...hope you all have a great day today!!!!...and IM BACK ON TRACK AN READY TO KICK SOME FAT!!!!!!

11. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

Dynamite attitude this morning Mr. Fun! You sound like the Mr. Fun whose journal I LOVE to read! The gym membership seems to be a terrific idea to get you going! Your journal inspires me because of the points you make about building muscle. When we get close to our goal that final bit of flab is TOUGH to take off. The weight stays up because we are building muscle. The muscle sort of "hangs onto" the last remaining fat to use that fat as fuel. Those final pounds are the "reserve tank" -- so to speak. THANKS FOR HELPING ME UNDERSTAND!

thanks everyone...yes going to the gym this morning was a real motivator for me...i just got bck an gettin ready to layer up an just do a half hour walk...this morning an again after lunch..since im going to the gym, no sense in pushin the walks an injuring myslf and then not being able to do any of it...yes i feel like i did when i first started workin the weight off again...i feel that drive is back an im ready to move onward!!!!

did 20 min on recumbant bike hill program 6res, 15 treadmill hill program 6 res, and elliptical for 20 hill prog. 6 res...and i was sweating like a piggy..lol...so it was a greattttttt workout...was sweating like i use to sweat when i went to the gym...FANTASTIC!!!!!....

(way to push through that low [emotionally] so quickly. We all cycle there, the trick is to get through it quick!)

Rut Roh! I guess I better get myself back track and stay out of the kids halloween candy !! :P I've done pretty good only having 1 or 2 "fun size" pieces a day, but they add up to more calories I have to burn! Glad to see your motivation back!

no melody!!..dont stop now just cause i changed routines...lol...im guessin your metabolism is in high gear by now with all the exercise an movin around you do now...im sure you will burn off them calories like they was nothin...
