Lonnie, I have to say your photos make me want to travel. I have always wanted to visit the Grand Tetons. You are in such a beautiful place. Enjoy.

Looks like a very lovely place.  

Grand Teton National Park is the first place I went after retiring, rcguenth. It's incredibly beautiful! Make sure you go see Glacier National Park in Montana too though. It's the most beautiful National Park I've been to in the lower 48 states, in my opinion.  

The stars at night out this way will blow you away, breco. It's like a planetarium. I never saw the Milky Way until I got out here. Here, it's obvious and breathtaking. 

Actually, beautiful sunsets happen out here, newname, but they're infrequent. The best sunsets I've seen are in Arizona, in the desert. 

Where's the food. or did you eat off the land. My husband had a uncle with a huge farm back when we first got married. We went for a long walk on his land one day. We ate 2 different kinds of apples all kinds of berries, and some black walnuts. When we got back to the house it was dinner time and neither one of us ate much because we was full and content.

The food I eat is usually boring, Sweet Georgia Peaches, so I don't post too many food pictures. I get a lot of exercise hiking and I take pictures along the way, so my posts tend to focus on the "calories out" part of dieting. I don't usually, but I wouldn't mind trying some "off the land" foods, but I'm afraid to eat stuff that I'm not 100% sure what it is.
