1/2 Way to My Goal in 6 Months. If I can do as well in the next six months I'll be 130.

I've learned that you cannot cheat on a diet. Since the weather grew wet and cold I've had a hard time. It is more difficult getting in any exercise. Also, I've started to cheat. I told myself that if the food was still low carb, low cal, then I could eat it. My scale says otherwise.

My only benefit is knowing that I am down to a regular size 16. That is a big drop from a large size 22 last May.

My first problem is the 'eat 5 times a day thing'. I work at a computer - so 4 meals means that I have to stop work 4 times. I also cheat, but feel it is alright if I stay within carbs. However, the 'staying within carbs' is helping because normally I would have eaten a whole order of fries...now I only eat enough for a 'taste'.

My second problem is that it is hard to drink 2 - 3 bottles of water. Now that it is colder I prefer tea which is not working as well.

My third problem is that I just can't get in enough calories in the day. That might be what keeps stalling me. I've taken to eating cream, just to get calories up. It is okay on an Atkins diet, but

The challenges worked for me at first - but they've lost their impact. My goal is to be 155 by Christmas - which I guess means returning to induction. I've started returning to induction this week. We will see if that makes a difference.

This time I will do induction a little differently. 1. I will drink decaf coffee. 2. I will eat more fat in my diet. 3. I will try to eat more than twice a day. 4. I am drinking 2 bottles of water a day, from day 1.
