Thank you, Ireland and tatauu! Far from perfect but progress feels good! ❤️ NewnameMM, I've never in my life heard those words applied to me, "you are my goal body!" whoohoo! I'm holding on to that, especially because I happen to know what you look like! You are stunning! 😁 Our measurements are actually very close. Your hips and thighs are slimmer, which is where I would like to see some changes on me! I use the weights you see there three times a week and body weight exercise. Takes me about an hour to get through everything. Other than that it is walking almost daily or the running, which happens two to three times week 3 to 5 miles.  

Look at YOU! Slimmer and trimmer all the time! Great arms too! Looking greater Melissa! 💪👌💪

Lanagreekgirl, Sassy, lightning, Eva, Bebe... I really appreciate your support. I hardly recognize myself in the first pictures. I took them after having already lost about ten pounds. I was so frustrated and sad I had let my body down. Nothing in life will ever be perfect, but I feel so absolutely different. I am feeling so much more confident, and I think every area of my life has been improved even just slightly by my changed health.
