Bubblegum i did download a app to my tablet, i think i will buy a watch easier than carry my tablet with me thank you, but for obivious reason it may have to wait a few days. 

I got a watch as well, I find it super useful. Can just download the data to my phone at the end of the day.  

That's what I thought the watch would be easier for you plus it will track every step you take even around the house. X 

When i am given the all clear to exercise a bit more one my first will be to the Argos shop 

The watch will keep an eye on your heart rate as well, that's useful for when you are out for exercise. Check what your fat burning heart rate is and try and keep it at that when walking etc.  

I have the Fitbit versa 2 and love it. for you, I found a reasonable one with a decent price. 😊😘

I have a fitbit too, an old one. I use it to track steps and compete with strangers.  

I have now tested and compared a few things, the FS counter is the least accurate out of all of them. I have a £20 watch from Amazon with it's own app, connected with Google Fit which connects to FS with Samsung Health in the background for comparison. It sounds terribly complicated but works really well for me, I never overestimate my calories spent that way.  

Smoothe i believe they do one at the Argos for about £30 , thank you for your input
